Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 1 mile out with the team and came back with meghan, running only 2 miles. Then we did 6 football field strides, then we did a 2 minute warning, i had the second one off, then we did another two minute warning. After those we did 4 more football field strides an then 2 perimeters around the football field as a cool down. I was definitely hurting today, after thr last 2 minute warning my legs could hardly support me, i felt awful. But it feels good to be back running again.
