Comments:
2.75 miles warm up, then ran 3 miles of the 5K (5:45-6:00-6:00), then did 4.1 miles easy, then ran the 10K (5:34-5:30-5:31-5:39-5:35-5:38=34:41) then did 2 miles easy. Great day hoped to do 20 miles, but not as much time before races.
