Where the heck did THAT come from?

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice indoors and out! it's warm enough to RAIN!

Comments:
1-warm up down to Veale
Coach: "Goal time?" Me: "50's"
4X200: 48, 47, 45, 44
1000:5:01 (which is actually faster than my mile tempo pace, so I'm not too upset)
Coach: "You need to lean into the turns" Me: shrug, and a nod. I was tired.
4X200: 40, 39, 46, 48 (I thought I was dead after the first one... don't know WHERE the last three came from. Heck, I don't even know where the first one came from!)
1-cool down (my legs were DEAD... I went 10:00 pace on the cool down and even that felt tiresome)
Lifting
Abs in my suite (it's softer there and doesn't hurt my back as much)
