Comments:
jog to willard park for drills, then up river to crescent, right on trail to bethesda, right on wisconsin home. I felt good and was a little frustrated with the slow pace, so julia e, emma m, and I split forward a little. shins started off hurting, felt increasingly better for like 20 minutes, then hurt more and more as run went on to the point that they were pretty bad by the time we got back. crosstraining tomorrow...
i hate shin splints haha. i'm not afraid to just run through them though; with 3 weeks left, there's no reason not to go for it.
