Comments:
Today early at 8am we went to the track and did 8x600.
1st set of 4x600 we did @ mile pace. with 2min break.
then 4min rest between sets.
2nd set of 4x600 we did 1st 400 @ mile pace then last 200 sprint with 3min break. Felt good. Kinda slow.but its ok i guess.
