Easy Climbing

Comments:
Hip still a bit achey, so I climbed easy. Lifted normal though as my arms are not affected by said hip :)

Bench at 95(finished the set!)
Pull up Ladder to 5 while holding a 12 pound barbell with my ankles. Its harder :)
