my feet have been feeling weird lately, so i brought new trainers to conference. the flight wasn't bad, and i slept most of the way. we got to the track at emory, and it was awesomely hot. ran without a shirt for the first time in a while. i led the distance guys over to lullwater park, where we used to have high school practice. it was really nice out. felt really comfortable. i'm psyched for the meet. unfortunately, the steeple pit wasn't filled, so we only went over once at the girls height, and i didn't even hit water, which was painful. then we did some water barriers onto the grass, which felt good. a couple runovers that felt really good. two barefoot striders, some stretching, and called it a day.
