Comments:
Headwind on the backstretch wasn't too bad, though it was noticeable. Went out probably a little slower than at wooster. The hurdling of the barriers, while it felt good at first, seemed like a waste of energy over time. I felt like I was jumping to high over the barriers, and expending too much energy doing so than if I planted on top. Will have to work on jumping forward, not up over the barriers, or maybe switching back to planting. First couple water jumps were pretty good but last couple were pretty bad as may legs got more tired and I backed off a little on my approaches. Will work on that. Still PRed by twelve seconds.
