Not having worked out with the leg extension machine in a week made getting back into it kinda hard, but all of those squats from yesterday probably didn't help. Apart from that, I don't appear to have been set back much by taking last week "off" (read: I was too lazy to work out).

Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention this, but two Fridays ago I went to see an orthopedic, and since my foot still hasn't healed, he suspects that it actually is a stress fracture. We didn't notice it when I got my x-ray because stress fractures cannot be seen on traditional x-rays before they start healing, something I feel the doctors office should have been aware of. Needless to say, that fucking sucks. I might be able to walk in the next two weeks, but the process of healing can take up to 8 weeks, and that would take me well into the season. To make things worse, results show that the competition in the 800m is touch this year, so chances of me scoring are slim.
