Landsdowne Loop

Comments:
after a good warmup to Landsdowne, we got into our workout. 1 strong 800, then 8 x 400 meter repeats. since the loop was not marked, we ran for time. 3:00 on the 800 and 1:30 on the 400's. taking 1:30 second recoveries in between 1-4 and 3:00 on the rest.
