Comments:
Well my foot has healed enough that I can use the elliptical by pushing off with the heel of my right foot, so I can finally get some aerobic exercise in. I did the full Strength program at max resistance, which took 25 minutes. It wasn't too hard, although I was sweating like a dog after.
