From now on I'm going to get on the elliptical during practice instead of during Gym Class, so I don't have to deal with being sweaty for the rest of the school day. This time, I did the endurance program at full resistance. It's 25 minutes long, and the resistance constantly builds until you reach the max, at which point it slowly goes back down. I got halfway through and couldn't go any further, so I stopped there. Regardless, it was one of the hardest workouts--in terms of pain vs. time--I've ever undergone. I may try the endurance workout again some other time, but definitely not at full resistance...
