Comments:
with the weather being rainy out we stayed in and did a 10 minute warmup, then 6x 60 seconds @ 800 meter pace, with 2 min walking recoveries in between. 3-4 minutes cooldown, then ice bags on the legs. wanted to keep the day pretty short and light, since we are suppose to have the city-county meet tomorrow.
