Getting Easier

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a new route with Jerv, Lyle, and Jordan today. Straight through a grassy field where we would normally turn onto the back road for the warmup loop. It leads to a trail through the woods, which leads to the rail trail. The run got easier 3 miles in, which seems to be happening lately. Overall a great run I guess.
