Comments:
Today was a great workout. We hit a three mile warmup and then had to do the same Michigan workout that we did earlier in the year minus the tempo miles. The times that I hit were great considering a ridiculous wind that blew in my face on the home stretch. The times that Etters gave me were:
1600 - 4:46
1200 - 3:34
800 - 2:12-2:14

The times that I hit during the workout, while breaking the wind for everyone since I finished first on every interval, were:

I was first on each interval by a good amount, and I was really happy about how I did today. Cooldown gave me 8.5 miles for the day.
