Comments:
after days of slothing around, i went to the clinic all day, then rushed to the gym for a pre-dinner workout. did weights on my own : the gym was crowded, all the boys in the weight area, the ladies in a body strengthening class... changes: 70lbs on squats! did reverse fly on 40lbs, and front fly on 55. added lunges again with 10lb weights. and did my pull ups !
