Comments:
Not a really good one. 1600 500 800 300. Supposed to be alternating between mile and 2 mile pace. Even the first one didn't feel smooth at all which is weird because I felt fine on the warm up/strides. Shouldn't have been a terribly hard workout, but I guess I just didn't have it today. Live and learn.
