Weather: 67, partly sunny, strong breeze, annoying day

Comments:
You know your stressed when you put your earphones in after working on your ipod playlist... and then head out for the run and forget to turn the music on.

It's a miracle I even got out there. My attitude sucks today and it shows in my time. Upper thoracic back pain (left side) is bad like some of the worst I remember. While multiple contributing factors I would have to say mental stress drives the reaction more than anything. Sometimes coffee makes it better, sometimes worse. Etoh... same thing. The medicine, totally same thing. Take away the stress and the first three are like they were never there in the first place. Job stress. Relationship stress.... not being able to plan bc of "uncertainty stress" - the worst.
