Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
The swim was 6 laps in the pool at the downtown Y and you had to switch lanes after each lap. They started each person 15 seconds apart. I caught the guy in front of me pretty fast and had to wait a while to pass him. After I got around him I didn't run into anyone else though. This is one of the few times I felt good swimming. This time also includes going from the pool to the transition area.
