Exercise Type: Run

Decided I felt good enough to give running a shot again. It was a bit troubling for the 1st half mile b/c my calf felt tight. After that I had no problems. I plan to keep taking preventative measures and monitoring it. Hopefully no more setbacks! Time to get in some kick-ass shape.
