Comments:
ran 4Xmile lead leg with a 5:48 and 4X8 third leg with a 2:41...none of the times were really fast, both felt like really hard races - didn't notice my hip in the mile but heard that my change in stride was noticeable by third lap and that it looked painful - definitely felt it in the 800, it just kinda gave out by my second lap, not painful just awkward - third overall for the girls, a relatively good night for the team we are this year, definitely a building point.
