Felt sluggish for some reason today, I think its just because I didnt get much sleep at all last night, fail. Starting to decrease the warmup too, actually got a little more than I wanted it but oh well. 86 second run, 50 second run, 36 then little cooldown. 86 was pretty good for feeling sluggish actually, forgot where I was at the quarter but at the 500 I was at 81 which is a PR and I wasnt even trying too PR haha. Would have liked to hit the 550 but, oh well, know I have the capability too. Got boxed out on the 50 so only hit the 300 pole then 36 wasnt too bad either. Cooldown from school to shit and back.
