with the wet conditions still continuing and cancelling of city-county for another week. we ran in the halls again today.
10 minute warmup... then ladder up and ladder downs workout.. 60,50,40,30,30,40,50,60,60,50,40,30
recoverins in between were 60 seconds with the first 30 seconds walking and the next 30 back into
a jog. after each set we did 3;00 minute breaks. 2 120 meter long hallway sprints.. 10 ez cooldown. Hangman...free weights, medicine ball ABS, with medicine ball strength drills. good workout..
