Easy intro to intervals with Jim today. He's working toward breaking 45 minutes at Peachtree and it works out awesome because it gives me a chance to build a base for the 100on100. We just did 5x600 in under 7 minute pace with 90 seconds rest. Nice and smooth. We were actually trying to hit 7:15 pace to day but that would have felt really slow I think. We're supposed to do the same thing next week a little faster but I think the pace is right where we want it at 6:50 per mile or so. So next week I think we'll just add on another interval at the end.
