I did my first sub 7 mile, sub 15 2 mile, and almost hit my next goal of 56 min 7 mile. Horrible headwind during mile 6 really hurt that split. Had a bad headwind in mile 7, but just kept pushing it and had a surprisingly good time.
Splits: 6:58, 7:45, 8:05, 8:02, 8:33, 8:59, 8:16
