Tough Day

Comments:
Warmup to Tilden to do 16 200s. We did 4 sets of 4 200s, having to hit specific times for each one, like 32, 31, 30, and I gess 29. And the rest got shorter between each interval, so like 60 second after first interval, 50 second rest after second interval, and 45 second rest after third interval. 4 mins rest after each set of 200s. Tough workout, first set was controlled and easy but getting out was too difficult, could never get a good start. By the second set I was tired but was getting out a little better and was at least finishing with the lead pack. Third and fourth sets were the toughest...feeling dead tired after each set. Good in the long run.
