Comments:
we had a meet at DC this evening. we made it a workout day. the team went to Landsdowne loop and back, then on the track for 10x200's from middle of the curve on one end to middle of the curve on the other end. half walk/jogging recoveries. thye then did a fairly ez mile during the meet, another landsdown loop to cooldown with. ready to ramp it up from here on out, starting Friday eve. at Henderson.
