Comments:
kinda felt fat and slow so ran hard today. Did my hilly 10k couse, 1 mile w/u than tempo, wanted to quit the whole way. 10k time was 47:47 (about 30 seconds faster than previous course pr) Usually I survive the uphill and attack the decent, today I attacked the hills and crused the decent. 1st tempo run in several weeks, I have lost some speed but gained some strength. Was thinking about bill rodgers today... fucking bad ass brother
