I was going to do 4 to 6 today but at 2.5 miles my left calf seized up. Never had anything like that happen before. I'm hoping it was just a cramp and that I didn't pull anything. It feels fine just walking around - I walked about a mile back to my place. I'll get a lot of fluids and electrolytes today and get back on the horse at Kennesaw tomorrow. Still, good start to training. Got 23 miles or so in while fighting allergies.
