never been so nervous or tried so hard. it was worth it - 2:05.81 FAT. start was ugly, but i managed to get out fast (finally!). anthony's last piece of advice was perfect, to make a move at 300 to go. i was thinking that was too soon (comparing it to 600 to go in a mile) but i pushed there and it paid off. was building up to a stronger finish but got cut off on the last curve and my momentum was destroyed. thats ok tho, it means i still have room to improve for championships. awesome day for everyone, so many impressive performances. particularly great to see the boys 4x8 take down that record
