morning run.

kind of a rough run. i was just feeling really tired. i'm going to start taking iron on a regular basis and hopefully that'll help. maybe i'll ease off the pace a bit too, at least for these first couple weeks. i started out too fast again, and felt like i was dying by the last mile, even though it was still sub-7 pace. i don't know what's wrong with me.

-took Sunday off (went skydiving!) still felt really heavy and sore. i'm feeling better Monday.
