5 mike progressive ending at 9 min. pace for my last mile. Hit first mile at 9 and Tom said to try and keep that pace the whole time. My garmin shut down on me 2x but Tom said I came in at 44:20, I think it may have been closer to 45:00.
When done do 4x 150, bands, pull ups, stretch.
