Weather: low 70s and sunny
Comments:
Went out right after work. It was significantly hotter than any other run so far this year. I really want to practice running in the heat more this summer, but that will be tough since I am traditionally horrible at running in the heat. I think I did pretty well today though. I stayed relaxed and focused on enjoying running again. I'm so relieved that there was no pain during this run. I'm about 90% sure it is/was tendonitis and I can easily rehab that. One think I need to be more diligent about is drinking water throughout the day. I noticed that hydrating helps me deal w/ the heat better. Goal for tomorrow at work: drink so much that I need to go to the bathroom every 45 minutes.
Will keep mileage low for a while b/c I can tell that I'm not in great shape although I'm not in bad shape either.
Stayed soft today. Ran the I Park/Knob Paths with the Disc Golf course.
