Weather: 45 and calm. Perfect really

Comments:
5:30am at the track. Decided to run a 400m all out to kick off the workout. 61s, which I guess is acceptable considering it was so early. Lets were stiff. Then did 4x200m at about 37s though I was going to do 8. Suppose the 400m took some of my energy :)
