Comments:
2 miles up in 14:40, 5 mile progression run 5:52, 5:52, 5:39, 5:39, 5:30. 1 mile cooldown in 7:30. Stopped to go to the bathroom after the warmup, took 3 or 4 minutes for my legs to get used to running fast, but this was pretty easy. Going to do 7-8 on soft surfaces tomorrow.
