3 from home with Jessica. Just testing out the calf. It was fine. Run was actually a little quicker than I imagined - about 7:30 pace. I was a little tentative with the calf but there was no pain. I'll take it easy again tomorrow and Saturday then go for 20-25 miles again next week.
Gonna start doing some weight work too. A little sore due to that now.
