Weather: good but a little windy

Comments:
workout man. same thing i did over vacation: 3 sets of 4 400's. this time with the team tho, so they went better (surprisingly). did that tag team type thing, where everyone has a partner and one partner goes at a time and starts when the other one finishes. i liked it, felt surprisingly rested at the end of the rest for a bunch of them. extra rest for all between sets. i ended up being finee, able to push it today and get some sick times. i liked it. not stretch and crap so u dont loose it all!
warmup and cooldown messed up, im not gonna worry about it.
