Warmup and then 2x this circuit:
2x Orange to Nun, up Nun at 90%, at top take left stay at 90% until stop sign at Orange, down Orange.
To 2nd for stairs, 2x 4 flights up hitting every step.
Back to Nun, 2x up Nun backwards
To Dock & Front, 2x up Front, left on Orange and up to 3rd and back to Dock.
Then...3x 15-20 pushups, 20 front and back circles each leg,2x rubberbands each leg each way,
2x side plank hip taps 20, super mans-2x 15 each side
