Not really sure how good of an idea it is to do a workout this early in training, but I felt like it. I only needed 6ish miles today so I made the workout pretty easy. 3xmile w/ 3 minutes rest in between. Decided to start at 5:45 and see how that felt. Didn't have any problems so I did negatives. 5:45, 5:40, 5:35

I am really encouraged by this. The paces were pretty solid, and I could have easily done 1-3 more. Still I have to remember the rest was long for only 3 intervals. Anyway, good baseline.
