tough workout today, 20 200's. i was the only one who ended up doing them all cause everyone else wimped out/was hurt. fml injured people. anyways, it kinda sucked a lot. like a lot. held sorta consistent a lot of the time tho, which is good. 200 sprint and 200 jog (at the end the jog was soo slow), never stopping, 20 times. heres the official order: 35, 36, 35, 34, 34, 34, 33, 33, 33, 34, 33, 33, 33, 33, 33, 33, 34, 34, 34, 33. dumbass thing wont let me do more than 12 intervals so i just logged the last 10 as one big 2000 meter interval. u know the times. now recover from this man, u neeed to
