Today was our last hard workout before the Regional Meet.. 10 minute warmup, then to the track for a Partner Workout. 400 meter ins 75-80. X-factor on the FB field..300 meters in 55..X-Factor..200 meters in 35.X-Factor.. 4x100's making a full loop for each individual, making it 400 meters in duration. we did 2 sets of this workout with the exception of the 4x100's on the 2nd set.the workout was about 2 miles in total duration with the X-Factors included.
10 minute cooldown.. ice baths for some
The Ladies did a Great Job with this today... They are Ready for Saturday.. Good Results will come their way.
