Today we did the dumbest workout ever...2x800 in 3:00, I ran 2:51 and 2:49...then 10x100 is 12-14....dumb. I was supposed to go to Panera with christen today, but she didn't feel good. Instead I just thought about shit, stuff I've messed up on recently. I feel like I've been bothering Christen about stuff lately, so I guess thats what brought this all up...I guess sometimes you fuck up, me I fuck up a lot.
