6 x 800m repeats at 2 mile pace with 2 min rest, tough with the wind and cold and tiredness, not feeling this workout at all, positive splitting every time sucked, hit 2:34, 2:32, 2:32, 2:33, 2:31, 2:33, decent for how i was feeling today but crap times, whatever
