Jamie was my partner today and we definitely beasted. We did 400 meters in 75-80 then X-factor on the Football field, then 300 meters in 55 and X-Factor, then 200 meters in 35 and X-Factor, then 4x100's making a full loop for each individual, making it 400 meters in all. we did 2 sets of this workout with the exception of the 4x100's on the 2nd set. We then did a 10 minute warm up and a 10 mnute cooldown.
