another run. this time I drank 3 wheat beers and then ran just like I read in the book. awesome! It's amazing how a person can build up a running endurance... and then lose it in a matter of a few weeks. Last year at this time I was about at the same level of conditioning. Then... in a few short weeks, i built up to doing a 5K in 25 minutes flat. Then, lost it for a month or two, then ran the blueberry in best time ever... then worked my way back up while studying for boards and once again knocked out a 25 minute 5K. This year I would like to see if I can make it down to a 24 minute 5K. !!!
