hips sore before and after both races but didn't feel them during.... - 4X8, 2nd leg in 2:33 - 3K felt really hard, fell apart last couple of laps, really exhausted - finished 11:23 - 14 sec. PR from freshman year, and 22 seconds faster than earlier this season
