Comments:
ran in the BFEC with matt for a while. It was a good run, no clue how long or how far. I enjoyed running without a watch on, though.
I think I'll do my first few runs without a watch, just to get back to running more by feel than by anything else. After that maybe I'll start one when I leave and just check it when I get back. situps and stretching after. felt good, knee's okay, hopefully getting a patellar tendonitis strap in the next few days and that should keep it from flaring up.
