Comments:
I dunno, I've run 12 miles all month so I figured a 15 miler would be a good idea. 15 miles at a 7:46 pace including Freemont and the Arboretum hills. I guess Soccer keeps me in OK shape.

I also had soccer practice tonight. Busy day.
