Comments:
2m w/u, 1500 in 3:56. Race went terrible. Out in 28ish for the first 200, splits were 59, 1:59, 3:00, 56. Legs started feeling heavy with 300 to go and completely locked up with 150 to go. Upsetting race.. thought i was in shape for a 3:45. hopefully my legs were just a little tired and they will come around.
