lafferty and i had to head over to newark hs's track because ud's infield is being renovated. pretty much the same deal over there..no shade, wiindy, open, boring. same workout as last week: all at mile pace except the harder 200s. 400m of 100on, 100off striders. 800 (800jog), 2x (400 [300], 200harder [300], 200 [300]). 2:12, 65, 30, 33, 63, 33, 30. im pretty happy with this workout mainly because of how hot it was. also, im happy these times are going down without too much more effort.
